At SARWAT STUDIO, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed through our online store and mobile app.

We ship worldwide to the following regions:

Shipping Restrictions
- We deliver to residential and business addresses
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding services
- Some remote areas may have limited courier access
PROCESSING TIME
Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders for in-stock accessories, bags, shoes, and cosmetics are dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days).
Made-to-Order Clothing
Custom and made-to-order garments require 3-4 weeks for production before dispatch.
Processing occurs Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.
Order Verification (Pakistan COD Orders)
Cash-on-Delivery orders require phone verification before dispatch. We will call using the number provided at checkout. If we cannot reach you, your order may be delayed.
DELIVERY TIME
Pakistan (Domestic Shipping)
After Dispatch:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 3-5 business days
- Other Cities: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Couriers: TCS, Leopards Courier, DHL
Total Timeline Examples:
- Ready items: 5-7 days total (2 days processing + 3-5 days delivery)
- Made-to-order clothing: 4-5 weeks total (3-4 weeks production + 3-5 days delivery)
International Shipping
Total Timeline (from order placement to delivery):
- UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe: 3-4 weeks
This includes processing time, dispatch, and international courier delivery.
Couriers: DHL, FedEx (depending on destination)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier schedules, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING RATES
Pakistan (Domestic)
Free Standard Shipping:
Orders over Rs. 2,000 (after discounts, before taxes) qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping Fee:
Orders under Rs. 2,000 incur a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping costs are calculated separately after your order is placed.
How it works:
- Place your order online
- Our team will calculate shipping based on:
- Destination country
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected courier service
- We will contact you via email/WhatsApp with the shipping cost
- Once you confirm, we will process payment and dispatch your order
Customs & Duties:
You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Email with tracking number and courier link
- SMS with tracking details
- WhatsApp notification (if opted in)
Track Your Order
- Log in to your account on our website/app
- Visit "My Orders" section
- Click on your order to view tracking status
Note: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders that are:
- Lost due to incorrect address
- Delayed due to incomplete information
- Delivered to wrong address (if customer provided incorrect details)
Double-check:
- Full name
- Complete street address
- City, postal code
- Phone number (for courier contact)
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, it enters production immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified.
This applies to:
- Size changes
- Color changes
- Address changes
- Order cancellation
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

DELIVERY DELAYS
While we work closely with our courier partners, delays can occur due to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Customs clearance (international orders)
- Carrier disruptions
- Remote or hard-to-reach locations
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery fails (customer unavailable, address issues):
Pakistan:
- Courier will attempt redelivery
- Or hold package at local depot for collection
- Contact courier directly using your tracking number
International:
- Courier will attempt redelivery based on their policy
- Package may be returned to sender after multiple failed attempts
- Customer is responsible for re-shipping costs
